Client Portal Data Handling Notice
This concise launch draft must be reviewed and approved by MEB Intelligence before the portal is published.
Purpose
The portal allows authorised clients to provide information and documents required for checks carried out by MEB Intelligence and to receive the resulting report securely.
Information submitted
The portal collects the person’s name, date of birth, previous names, CV, supporting documents, and the identity and time of the submitting client user.
Client responsibility
The submitting client confirms that it is authorised to provide the information, has given any required notices, and has obtained any permissions required for the requested service.
Access and sharing
Access is restricted to authorised MEB Intelligence personnel and the relevant client account. Reports are not attached to notification emails; they are downloaded after secure portal sign-in.
Retention and rights
Information is retained only for the period required by the engagement, applicable law, and MEB Intelligence’s approved retention schedule. Requests concerning personal data should be made through MEB Intelligence’s published privacy contact.
